Can I combine in-stock items and pre-order items?
Yes, but please note that your entire order will NOT ship until your pre-order item(s) becomes available. If you want the in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Do you accept returns, refunds, or exchanges?
We do NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, if there is any issue with your item(s) when you receive them, please let us know and we will do what we can to make it right. Thank you for understanding and supporting small businesses!

Tax is already included in the price so no additional tax is added to your order.
I got sent the wrong item, what do I do?
Please contact us with picture proof that you were sent a wrong item and we'll replace it with the right one!
USPS lost my package, can I get a replacement?
Once we send the package out through USPS, we have no control over what happens to your item(s). If your tracking number says the package has been Delivered, we typically do not send replacements even if you claim the post office has lost it for some reason. However, if your tracking number still has the status of USPS Awaiting Item or Item in Transit after 7 days, please let us know and we'll send out a replacement after looking into the situation.
I provided the wrong address and it's getting send back to you, what do I do?
Whatever address is provided in the order, that is the address we ship to. Please always double check your shipping address when placing an order! We are more than happy to send out your order again, but you will be required to pay the shipping fee again.
I don't like my item(s) or they aren't what I expected, can I get a refund?
We try to lay out all details about our products to ensure you know exactly what you are buying. Unfortunately, we have a NO REFUND policy as we are a small shop. Please make sure you review all details of the item before purchasing. However, if your item arrived damaged somehow, please contact us with pictures and we'll see what we can do.
